Les habitants d’Aktau ont répondu immédiatement à un appel urgent au don de sang suite à l’accident d’avion survenu près de la ville le 25 décembre, manifestant ainsi leur soutien aux victimes, a rapporté Tengrinews.
Le centre de transfusion sanguine de la région de Mangystau a lancé un appel plus tôt dans la journée, invitant les personnes en bonne santé à donner leur sang.
“Nous demandons à tous les habitants bienveillants de notre région de se rendre dès maintenant au centre de transfusion sanguine pour donner leur sang. Si vous êtes en bonne santé, que vous n’avez pas mangé d’aliments gras aujourd’hui et, surtout, que vous souhaitez aider les personnes dans le besoin, nous vous attendons aujourd’hui, 25 décembre, jusqu’à 16 heures”, a déclaré le centre.
L’appel a été rapidement entendu, car de nombreux habitants d’Aktau sont arrivés au centre pour faire des dons. Le média local Lada a félicité la communauté pour sa solidarité et sa compassion. “Les habitants d’Aktau se sont rendus au centre de transfusion de la ville pour donner leur sang aux victimes de l’accident d’avion”, a rapporté le média.
L’accident a impliqué un avion Embraer 190, numéro de vol J2-8243, qui reliait Bakou à Grozny. L’avion a effectué un atterrissage d’urgence à trois kilomètres d’Aktau. L’avion transportait 67 personnes, dont cinq membres d’équipage. Les rapports initiaux du ministère kazakh des transports ont confirmé que les passagers comprenaient 37 citoyens azerbaïdjanais, six citoyens kazakhs, trois citoyens kirghizes et 16 citoyens russes. Selon les données préliminaires du ministère kazakh des urgences, 29 personnes ont survécu, dont deux enfants, et ont été transportées dans des hôpitaux.
En réaction, le président Kassym-Jomart Tokayev a créé une commission d’État chargée d’examiner l’incident, tandis que le gouvernement a formé une commission distincte chargée d’enquêter sur les causes de l’accident. Le département de la police des transports a également lancé une enquête préliminaire. Des fonctionnaires azerbaïdjanais se sont rendus au Kazakhstan pour apporter leur aide.
